About Jackson Coaching Services
Jackson Coaching Services (JCS) was founded by Deitra Jackson. Deitra resides in Delaware with her husband and son. She enjoys growing and developing women by helping them to realize that they can achieve anything they want, whether personal or professional, by digging deep within and taking control of their lives. Her vision to “start right now” is the driving force behind her passion in coaching clients to success.
Deitra graduated from the Coaching & Positive Psychology Institute (CAPP) where she was certified as a Personal and Executive Coach. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership, from Wilmington University. Deitra has worked as a leader in a major financial institution for the past 10 years where she has helped many people move past perceived barriers and reach their goals. She coaches in one on one and team settings.
Not only is Deitra a dynamic Personal & Executive Coach, she is also on the Board of Directors for Majestic Toastmasters where she coaches people on overcoming their fear of public speaking. Deitra has a knack for providing a safe, trusting environment that empowers her clients to open up and realize their full potential.
Deitra’s philosophy is “start where you are right now” and excel at your dream. Instead of asking “why me?” Ask “Why not me?”
