Services

 

A Certified Personal & Executive Coach will meet with the Client to identify the desired impact and outcomes resulting from the coaching engagement as well as specific long- and short-term goals. Deitra has extensive experience in personal and professional development, and leadership effectiveness. The following coaching options are available:

 

1.  Individual Coaching

 

  • Option 1:  One-hour sessions 

 

  • Option 2:  30-minute sessions 

 

  • Introductory session – a single, one-hour session to "test drive” personal or professional coaching services.

 

  • Laser (5-10 minute) virtual coaching sessions are available as needed between sessions and are included with all coaching options for the agreement’s duration.

2.  Group Coaching

 

  • By phone or skype 

  • Each group meets for 4 consecutive weeks - One hour per sesssion

 

10% discount if 5 or more in a group
