A Message from the President

I am Deitra, President and Founder of Jackson Coaching Services.  I am happy to share with you my experience with coaching.  My first encounter with a coach was as a result of a challenging situation that I was having in my life.  I was not advancing on my job and I felt stuck.   I knew that I needed to go back to school and earn a graduate degree if I wanted to be competitive.  For years I procrastinated until it became critical.  The thought of juggling school, work and family paralyzed me.    That is why I decided to pursue a coach.  My coach helped me navigate through the various obstacles and self-limiting behaviors that I was facing.  It was an eye opening experience that helped me realize that I had to change my thinking if I wanted results.  As a result of coaching, I am better organized, and better equipped to handle competing demands on my time.  I have returned to school in pursuit of a graduate degree, and I am now a Certified Executive Coach.   Here are some other benefits I received as a result of coaching:
